Rainbow Cake Pops

Delightful and colorful Rainbow Cake Pops that are perfect for parties, celebrations, or a sweet treat any day. The vibrant colors and delicious combination of cake and frosting make these pops a festive and tasty dessert.


Ingredients:

  • 1 box white cake mix

  • Ingredients needed to prepare the cake mix eggs, oil, water

  • Assorted gel food coloring red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple

  • 1 cup vanilla frosting

  • Lollipop sticks

  • Rainbow sprinkles

Instructions:

Follow the directions on the package to prepare the white cake mix


Split the cake mixture into six equal halves


To create the rainbow's colors, add a different color of gel food coloring to each portion


Bake the colored cake layers as directed on the package


After baking, allow the cake layers to cool fully


Crumble every colored layer of cake into a different bowl


In each bowl, thoroughly mix the vanilla frosting with the cake crumbs


To create a rainbow effect, take a small amount of each colored cake mixture and roll it into a ball


Put a lolly stick inside every cake ball


Coat the entire ball of cake pops with melted white chocolate or candy melts


Use rainbow sprinkles to decorate while the coating is still wet


To let the coating harden, place the cake pops upright in a stand or foam block


Your Rainbow Cake Pops are now ready to be enjoyed after they have set!

Herb & Pecorino Oven Fries

These oven fries are elevated with the flavors of fresh herbs and nutty pecorino cheese. They make a delicious and satisfying side dish or snack.


Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes, washed and dried

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary

  • 1/4 cup grated pecorino cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 425F 220C


Cut potatoes into wedges or strips, leaving skin on if desired


In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, parsley, rosemary, pecorino cheese, salt, and pepper until evenly coated


Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper


Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until potatoes are golden and crispy


Serve hot, sprinkled with additional grated pecorino cheese if desired

Vegan Chocolate Sheet Cake

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C


Prepare a baking sheet by greasing it


Whisk the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt together in a large bowl


Put almond milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and apple cider vinegar in a different bowl and mix them together


Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix them together until everything is well mixed


Spread out the batter in the pan that has been prepared


Put it in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean


Let the cake cool all the way down before you frost it or serve it

  • 1 tsp peppermint extract

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate or chocolate chips optional

  • Crushed candy canes for topping optional

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F 175C


Grease a donut pan with coconut oil or cooking spray


In a large mixing bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt


In a separate bowl, beat eggs, then add almond milk, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract


Mix well


Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined


If using, fold in chopped dark chocolate or chocolate chips


Spoon or pipe the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full


Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a donut comes out clean


Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer the donuts to a wire rack to cool completely


Once cooled, sprinkle crushed candy canes over the top of each donut, if desired


Serve and enjoy!

Keto Tomato Mozzarella Caprese Stuffed Avocados

The classic caprese salad is made even better with these keto-friendly stuffed avocados. It's a great low-carb snack or light meal because it's made with creamy avocados, cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, and a tangy balsamic dressing.


Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted

Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Tenders

These Chicken Tenders Wrapped in Bacon are a quick and tasty keto dinner option. When you wrap juicy chicken in crispy bacon, you'll satisfy your cravings and stay on track with your ketogenic diet.


Ingredients:

  • 6 chicken tenders

  • 6 slices of bacon

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C


Put garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper on chicken tenders to make them taste better


Put a piece of bacon around each chicken tender


On a baking sheet with parchment paper on it, put the chicken tenders that have been wrapped


Put it in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the bacon is golden and the chicken is cooked all the way through


Enjoy while hot!
